What equipment do I need?
A single kettlebell is enough to get started. Most beginner exercises use one bell. As you progress, you may want a heavier bell or a pair for double exercises. We recommend starting with 8-12kg for women and 12-16kg for men.
Does PurGrit work offline?
Yes. PurGrit is a progressive web app. Once loaded, the full exercise library, workout builder, and timers work without an internet connection. Your data syncs automatically when you reconnect.
